Who or what is Country Patch Collections??!

What or who is behind Country Patch Collections, you ask? Well, the answer would be me, Olivia, or Olli as family and friends call me. I started CPC sometime ago in 1999. I started it as a way to earn a little side money while I went to college and as a way to continue doing what I'm passionate about, which is drawing.

When I first began, I only used a mouse and Paint Shop Pro to draw and what a learning experience that was! After drawing my first two collections with a mouse, I soon bought a Wacom graphire pen tablet to draw and everything began to move even smoother.

Until the last year or so, I've moved up from Paint Shop Pro into using Corel Painter IX, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. And then moved on to my baby, the Wacom Intuos pen tablet. =D

I'm pretty much self taught, so I still have lots to learn! I am currently trying to learn what I can about digital scrapbooking since my goal is to launch a new site, someday soon, offering digital scrapbooking goodies. I'm very excited about this and LOVE the whole creativity that is rushing through this craft.

It has been such a pleasure creating graphics over the years. I've had the opportunity to meet many wonderful people from all over the world who have emailed about my graphics. I may have strayed a bit from the country graphic community, but it will always hold a dear place in my heart. The best people can be found there.
